SUMMARY: LC 33 7339 LC 33 7375S

Would require local school systems that offer PSAT or AP testing on site to their students to extend that offer to students in private schools, non-traditional education centers and home school students that reside within the school system attendance zone, if such testing is not available through their home school program or private school setting.
